Aviva: Kids, too?
Ben: Do you want people to be able to make their own copies of it?
Ben: Do you want people to make their own stories based on this one? Like, can they tell a story about what happens next?
Ben: Do you want them to have to say, 'This is from Aviva'?
Ben: Is it okay if they sell them for money?
Aviva: Mmmmm.... (frowns)
Ben: Do you want them to have to give them away for free?
Ben: Okay, that would be Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Sharealike....
That's wonderful. I remember writing books like that when I was little, but I think I was little enough that my mom wrote the words for me and I just dictated. (You could also tell which pictures she drew and which ones I drew. :) I wrote about the muppets, though, and not Arthur. I don't think I was in my muppet story, either....
Aviva sounds very cool. Please tell her I liked her story. :)
Brilliant. And the introduction of Noah at the end clearly allows room for a sequel.
This is the best thing I've read all weekend!
